• Bidirectional Confidentiality: The privacy protocol is absolute. The client's identity and details are protected (End-to-End), and in turn, the professional engaging their expertise is entitled to the same level of total privacy, potentially operating under an alias or actor's name.

• Professional Boundaries & Respect: Communication and respect are the basis of our relationship. Clients are free to express their desires or fantasies, but the assigned expert reserves the unconditional right to decline any request that falls outside of the agreed-upon professional scope of wellness and high-performance services.

• Pricing & Logistics: All prices listed are representative examples based on our standard service. Final fees are agreed upon during the inquiry process. For appointments located more than 50 km from the professional's primary location, a supplement will apply, reflecting transit time, distance, and potential accommodation or dietary allowances required for performance continuity.

• Service Guarantee: The professional reserves the right to discontinue service if the agreement of mutual respect is violated.

• Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a full-service charge.

Service Protocol & Reservation Terms.

To maintain the integrity of our sanctuary, every engagement follows a strict operational sequence:

• Secure Communication: All initial contact is conducted exclusively via email. Your data is registered and protected through our German encryption provider, Tuta, ensuring end-to-end security. These records are held for a maximum period of three years before permanent deletion.

• Booking & Commitment: Upon service assignment, a non-refundable commitment fee is required to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures the exclusive dedication of your expert. Will be comunicated by mail.

• Attendance & Punctuality: The professional will arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time. Should the client be unavailable or absent, the session will be considered forfeited, and the deposit will be retained as a service displacement fee.

• Completion of Program: Following the initial session, the remaining balance for the selected program must be settled to guarantee future availability and continued professional focus.

• Future Correspondence: Should a trusted professional relationship be established, the expert may, at their discretion, provide alternative communication channels to facilitate ongoing coordination.

• Inquiry Evaluation: All inquiries are personally reviewed by a competent professional and addressed in chronological order. We reserve the right to decline inquiries that:

1. Fail to meet our security and communication protocols.

2. Exceed our current operational capacity or scope of action.

3. Lack the necessary commitment or seriousness required for our standards.

• Waiting List: If a request is accepted but immediate availability is limited, you will be notified of the estimated timeframe or the projected date for your physical session.

• Availability & Timeless Excellence: To align with the body’s natural recovery cycle and the demands of an elite lifestyle, our program Luxe Nights services are exclusively performed during our evening sanctuary hours:

1. Service Window: From 18:00 to 23:00, seven days a week.

2. Consistency in Value: Our commitment to excellence remains constant; therefore, our rates are uniform throughout the week, including weekends.

3. Calendar: Services are available year-round, with potential exceptions during national holidays or specific significant dates, which will be communicated during the inquiry process.

This dedicated timeframe ensures that your transition from professional performance to restorative rest is seamless, profound, and uninterrupted. While our Luxe Nights services program, follows a dedicated evening protocol, all other professional engagements are arranged by mutual agreement.
